I received my formal education in psychology and experimental design (statistics) at the University of Waterloo (BA) and the University of Toronto (MA). My graduate studies were supported by the prestigious 1967 National Science and Engineering Scholarship awarded by the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council (NSERC) of Canada.
In June 2017, I retired from the position of Vice President, Clinical Services, at Youthdale Treatment Centres, where I continued to consult to the leadership team until April 2019. I assisted Youthdale in achieving Exemplary Standing for its children and youth mental health services with Accreditation Canada.
With my expertise in the design, delivery, and evaluation of mental health services and systems, I look forward to supporting leaders who are focusing on accelerating positive growth or closing critical gaps in their organizations.
